flashforge dreamer just not printing right

hi, I purchased a new flashforge dreamer after a year of printing with an XYZ printer. apart from printing the test print, I have not been able to get the printer to print anything. I am using S3D and sending the work v USB. the printer starts printing but it is so poor that I just cancel.
what settings are you chaps using on this printer. much help needed.

When you say the printing is poor what exactly is poor about the print. How a print comes out can be used as a symptom of the problem. A picture of a print would be very handy.

Please describe your troubles in a bit detail and the areas in which are facing issues. Flashforge Dreamer is generally a good 3D printer which works exceptionally well under normal conditions.
The troubles could be relating the settings and if you describe the type of trouble faced, it would be easier to get the solution. Also, you can refer the user manual of the 3D printer for solutions.
