3D with laser engraving

Hi from a very new to 3D Printing pensioner.
I am trying to source a small 3D printer to make smallish items (at this stage anyway) to insert into the bases of wooden items I turn on a lathe, kind of a signature. In my research I have also found out that some printers have an option to change the print head for a laser to allow engraving. I have a budget of around £300.
Can anyone suggest a suitable small 3D printer/ laser engraver.
