newbie questions please about ender 3

hi all im a total newbie and printed a few items from thingiverse but have some questions .
1. how can i easy remove prints from bed im really strugling .
2.on few prints its perfect 80% then odd parts look like spagetti
3. when i download from thingivers is all the temps ect pre set to each item as mine is printing at 200'c and bed at 60'c
4. can anyone find me a file for a fx crown single shot tray thanks ste
