Look for the print settings in the manual you got with the 3D printer. Otherwise, you can easily find the settings to the 3D printer online, or get assistance from the store which delivered you the 3D printer.

You may find that YouTube is your friend. There are many videos on there for just about everything so it's worth a look.

Go to youtube.com, and search for your printer type.

First of all, get a print manual for the 3D printer and see if you did everything in order. If it’s set to go, the manual would also provide you instructions relating the movement and operation of the 3D printer and even about loading a model into the Cura.
