Newbee Confused about printing times

Hi. I have just purchased the Anycubic Photon Mono X. Im a little confused about the time it takes to print an item. According to the software (either chitubox or Lychee), the time given for the item to be printed is different from what the printer is telling me.
For instance. The current item, according to Lychee, is 3 hours 10 minutes. but the printer has it at 4 hours 11 minutes plus. Why is there a discrepancy between the 2 and how can I get them to give the same time?
