CR10 Mini With BTT board and screen

I have a CR10 Mini with the BTT SKR board and TFT screen. Just updated the firmware for both the board and the screen and downloaded the latest version of Marlin. Now, in Cura, you have to delete the comments from your Start G Code and End G Code in order for them to work.
I have managed to get everything working with the exception of the Change Filament command....it just ignores it. If I go to the Marlin screen and physically select change filament it works.
Anybody come across this or have any ideas.
