Hi.
I've run out of ideas, so I'm hoping someone can help. I already have a CH340 driver installed, specifically the CH341SER driver. Furthermore, I use this for my Arduino projects, and it came with a simple EXE installer. This works fine for everything I've connected to, but none of the software I have installed can see the Printer. It shows up fine in my USB monitor.
I thought it might need a different driver, so there was one on the USB stick that came with the printer. It's not an executable installer, however, just an INF and a SYS file and is called CH340IR.INF and CH341SER.SYS. The CH340IR is a very old driver that predates Windows 11.
I had to disable windows certificate checks, but I installed the driver with the INF file. I thought this might work, but no. None of the software still sees the printer, (creality print, or CURA).
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, so I can connect via USB?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Ender 3 Neo not connecting to USB
It's OK. I figured it out.
The driver Ender supply on the flash drive is very old and had conflicts with the driver I already had installed. I uninstalled both drivers and reinstalled the latest CH341SER driver, and everything works fine again now.
