Imported our Logo into freecad to make a new 3d printer test

Post by iDig3Dprinting »

So we are continuing our exploration of creating models. This time we have extended our use of .SVG vector graphics imports into +FreeCAD and imported our Logo.

We plan on exploring this as a test print for calibration of your #3Dprinter , it has measurable dimensions that are over a larger area (6cm x 6cm) and it also allow us to hone our printer settings for xy features, text is not that easy to produce.

Anyway we have provided this #3dmodel and it is free to download so you can #3dprint your own #iDig3Dprinting test plaque.
